Valerie Chai is the founder and master trainer of business courses. She has been training students, tutors and companies for the past 16 years along with a team of strong trainers and tutors. She specialises in teaching Insead MBA and executives and has also successfully branched into valuation, fund raising and investor relations with her solid corporate finance knowledge and relationship skills.

During the course of her training, some of her trainees started to ask her for advisory help for their companies. The advisory help ranges from capital structuring to valuation to business remodeling to technology implementation. 6 years ago, Valerie began to specialize in digital transformation and fundraising consultancy. For the past 6 years, she has given more than 4,680 free consulting hours to companies, including a not-for-profit company (Superlife Co.) that she co-founded. This gave her a better view of the different business models and founders as well as the reasons why they succeeded or failed.

Graduated as a scholar with First Class Honours, Dean List, C.H. Wee Gold Medal from Nanyang Business School, she moved on to complete her post-graduate with High Honours for Advanced Valuation in New York University Stern Business School. She is also certified in Machine learning for Business Application in Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
